Craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

As a qualified nurse and health visitor I have the privilege of supporting many families and have first hand experience of the diverse emotional and physical difficulties that we all face, especially in today’s challenging times.

I have previously offered holistic massage, reflexology and reiki.  However, it was my own experience of debilitating neck pain that led me to book my first craniosacral treatment.  I found it fascinating and ultimately transformative.

By engaging deeply with my body, craniosacral therapy enabled my neck to gradually release, and my pain consequently diminished.  Treatments gently guided me towards an understanding of the stress patterns I held in my body and more importantly their root causes.
