Appointments are usually booked in good faith but please understand that if you forget or cancel at short notice, we miss the chance to fill that appointment and our clients miss the chance to enjoy our treatments.

If you do need to re-arrange we need at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations within 24 hrs are charged at 50% of the treatment cost.

Missed appointments are charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
